In order to purchase conference registration services through our Website, you must provide us with certain Personal Information such as your name, credit card number and expiration date, credit card billing address, telephone number, e - mail address and the name or names of the accompanying person(s). We may also ask you for other Personal Information, such as your sex, dietary preference, membership number etc. We require this information to process, fulfill and confirm your transactions and keep you informed of each transaction's status.

Cookies are only read by the server that placed them, and are unable to do such things as run programs on your computer, plant viruses or harvest your Personal Information. With whom your Personal Information is shared?

All your personal information (apart from any credit card related information) will be passed on to the conference secretariat alone. This will help keep track of your registration and further processes such as certificates etc.

We do not sell or rent individual customer names or other Personal Information to third parties for a fee. Only parties involved with the conference will have access to this information

Registration Guidelines:

Registration fees include admission to the scientific halls, trade exhibition, inaugural function, lunch, and banquet

Kitbags will be given subject to availability for on the spot registration or for those registering after 31st December 2023

The Committee will use the email id & mobile number provided by you for the conference communication.

Organizing committee shall not be liable in any form in case of changes in date / venue due to unforeseen reasons.

Conference organizers are not responsible for postal delays / failure of delivery by post or failure of electronic communication.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Requests for cancellation for refunds must be emailed to the conference secretariat at [email protected]

50% of the registration fee will be deducted for cancellation made up to 31st October 2023

75% of the registration fee will be deducted for cancellation made up to 30th November 2023

No refund will be made for the requests sent after 30th November 2023

GST & bank charges/ online charges will be non-refundable.

Registration is not transferable.

Refunds will be made one month after conference completion.

Viruses

We do not warrant that any data (including any file) obtained through this website is free from computer viruses or other faults or defects. It is your responsibility to ensure that you use appropriate virus scanning software. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused (whether negligently or otherwise) by any virus transmitted through this website.

Disclaimer and Indemnity

While we will attempt to ensure that the information provided on the website (including illustrations and specifications for products and services) is correct, we cannot guarantee its reliability, accuracy or completeness. Such information is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Miscellaneous

A right relating to these Terms and Conditions may only be waived by us in writing. Our failure to exercise or enforce any rights or any provision of these Terms and Conditions will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing.

Any disputes will be settled by courts in Mumbai.
